Join our Transition to Postsecondary, College, and Career CAN network today and be part of a powerful community of like-minded people who are making a difference.
As a member of our network, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Network and collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Share your ideas and perspectives on important issues affecting youth in Stamford
- Access resources, tools, and training to help you develop your leadership and advocacy skills
- Participate in projects and initiatives that create positive change in your community
We meet once a month on Thursdays for an hour and a half to share ideas, collaborate on projects, and learn from one another.
Current Initiatives:
Bridge to College: Provides resources, support, and guidance to students between high school graduation and the first day of college classes.
Skill Building for Success: Helps students build the non-academic skills needed to be successful in college and career.
Youth Leadership Internship: We hire 5 high school students annually to promote youth voices locally in tandem with partner organizations and enact change within our community.
