SPS In-Person Kindergarten Registration

Fall 2023 – In-person Kindergarten registration.

These are the documents required for registration:

• Birth certificate or official documentation proving child’s age and name of parents

• Photo ID of parent or guardian

• 2 forms of proof of address (including lease or mortgage)

• Health Requirements: Current physical exam and immunization record (Not required to register but required to attend school)

Parent or legal guardian must complete registration.
