Hope Day 2025

Kids Helping Kids is thrilled to announce its third annual Hope Day on Saturday, February 22, from 12 PM to 3 PM at UCONN Stamford. Designed by the passionate youth volunteers who presented the idea at KHK’s 2023 Pitch night, Hope Day aims to create a community day where local residents can gain insights into various mental health topics affecting teenagers.
With the support of our community partner, the Stamford Youth Mental Health Alliance, Hope Day was created to provide a supportive environment for youth and families to learn about the mental health resources available to them. The Mental Health Fair will feature an array of engaging booths, each dedicated to a specific niche, including body image, work-life balance, and healthy habits. Visitors can expect informative speakers, interactive activities, and resources that promote mental health resources and services in the local area.
This is a FREE event open to the public!
