Partners, please save the date. On Thursday, May 14, the Stamford Cradle to Career community will gather at UConn Stamford for our 2026 Partner Convening, a half-morning dedicated to connection, reflection, and shared progress under the theme One Mission, Many Hands.

What to Expect

This year’s convening will bring together leaders, educators, service providers, and community partners from across the cradle to career continuum. Together, we will:

• Reconnect with familiar partners and meet new ones working alongside us
• Share updates on the work happening across early childhood, K-12, postsecondary, and workforce pathways
• Reflect on what has changed since we last gathered, and what we want to build together next
• Discuss priorities for the year ahead in support of Stamford’s children, youth, and families

Why This Matters

Cradle to career work depends on partnership. No single organization, school, or agency can move the needle alone, but together we can shape stronger pathways for Stamford’s young people. The convening is a chance to step out of the day-to-day and see the broader system we are building, side by side, mission by mission, hand by hand.
