Mill River Park Fit Club – Sunrise Yoga w/ Aimee from CT Power Yoga

An Open Level Power Vinyasa, which brings a fluid, powerful style of yoga that will focus and link your breath, intention and presence to build proper alignment, strength, stamina and focus. The intention is to empower you outside the class through the sequence of poses you flow through during the class.

Our FitClub classes are FREE and open to the public. Please find a team member to fill out your class waiver when you arrive!
